Lead strategic compensation initiatives that support the growth and evolution of the Ads & Partnerships business, including new market entries, partnership structures, and incentive design and broader global compensation initiatives.
Provide analytics and insights to guide compensation decisions, ensuring we remain competitive and aligned with industry trends, particularly in the dynamic digital advertising and strategic partnerships landscape.
Champion the development and growth of compensation expertise within the team, providing thought leadership and mentorship.
Develop and execute analyses to identify market movement, assess data gaps, and offer recommendations to close candidates while maintaining our top-of-market philosophy.
Collaborate with Talent (HR) Operations and Product & Technology teams to build and refine metrics and dashboards for business leaders and managers.
Participate in compensation surveys and leverage findings to inform Market Reference Ranges in partnership with Ads & Partnerships leadership.
Develop tools and processes that address the unique needs of the Ads & Partnerships business from a compensation perspective.
Educate and advise HR partners and business leaders on compensation strategy, programs, and best practices.
Support the design and execution of global compensation programs (e.g., pay equity, compensation reviews, job architecture, workforce planning), while leading ongoing and new strategic initiatives for the Ads & Partnerships organization.
What we are looking for:
10+ years of relevant compensation experience, ideally supporting commercial, sales, advertising, or partnerships organizations in a fast-paced, global environment, tech industry experience is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to provide direction and counsel to HRBPs and senior business leaders.
Strong analytical skills, with experience working with large data sets and advanced modeling in Google Sheets or Excel.
Strategic mindset with a passion for compensation and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Experience navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving business needs.
Familiarity with sales incentives design and other incentive programs.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
